Community woven into every crumb…

The Dublin Sourdough Rotation

Meet like-minded people, learn, share and bake/ eat fantastic sourdough bread.

…an urban food-sharing community that builds neighbourly connections through the making and sharing of bread.

Get matched with bread heads in your area.

1. Register your interest

Let us know you’re keen to join – we’ll add you to an existing group or if there’s no established group near you, we’ll work with you to try and form one.

2. Receive sourdough starter

Before joining, a local coordinator will meet you to share more about the programme, and if needed, give you some sourdough starter and tips on baking.

3. Bake in your first rotation

Each month, you’ll have the option to join a rotation. You’ll get matched with three other people local to you, and you’ll bake in either weeks 1 and 3 or weeks 2 and 4. The week’s you don’t bake, you’ll get bread baked for you.

4. Join a challenge bake

We host regular meet-ups/ challenge bakes where groups bake to either a technical or thematic challenge. It’s a fun and engaging way to connect with the wider community.
